Inclusion training that builds real culture
— where it counts: in daily work.

Stills from tailor-made inclusion, wellbeing and belonging projects for Novonesis, Copenhagen Airport and LEGO House.
The same story-based format we’re now turning into scalable, generic training any organisation can roll out.

Many organisations have tried the big keynotes, the workshops, the leadership seminar on “unconscious bias” or the “inclusive recruitment” workshops.

People nod, they agree – and then daily work goes back to normal.

Our videos flip that script by letting real people talk about how inclusion and exclusion actually feel at work – in language everyone understands, not just HR, top leadership or academics.

Made BY the people

it’s all about

For all levels of your organisation.

Storytelling, grounded in lived experience. No theory – just real stories from people who experience barriers at work because of their differences.

No academic jargon: easy to follow, easy to understand, easy to discuss. Made for busy teams across roles and departments.

Built around real workplace situations your employees will recognise.

Every video turns the story into simple “do more of this / less of this” tools for tomorrow’s meetings and everyday behaviour.

Featuring the stories and insight of the people this training is built to support:

Start with the voices who live the consequences

Created in collaboration with professionals who live it – colleagues that are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ or have culturally diverse backgrounds. Professionals from all organisational levels, from different sectors representing a variety of Nordic organisations.

Make everyday behaviour, not theory, the focus

They’re not talking in theory. They’re sharing concrete moments: meetings, emails, jokes, decisions – and what made those moments feel safe or unsafe, fair or unfair.

Surface the barriers people rarely dare to explain

They talk about the hidden barriers they face at work – and what they wish others understood but rarely get the chance to explain. Not because they don’t care, but because carrying the burden of educating all your colleagues, on top of simply doing the job, can feel like a lot.

Turn “inclusion” into this meeting, this email, this manager reaction

When your employees watch, they’re not sitting through another abstract bias presentation. They’re listening in on honest conversations from real people – and suddenly “inclusion” isn’t an academic concept, it’s that meeting, that email, that manager reaction, my own reaction.

Move behaviour faster because people actually feel it

That’s why this kind of story-based training moves the needle faster: it’s easier to connect with humans than with theory – and once people feel it, they’re much more willing to change how they act.

We translate each story into clear, practical guidance that any manager, colleague or team can act on – without needing an academic or DEI background.

What exactly do we get – and when

You get plug-and-play inclusion video training you can roll out across your organisation – without building a big programme first.

Format

  • Short video stories, typically 3–5 minutes each

  • Each video focuses on one topic or real situation at work - and what made it feel safe or unsafe, fair or unfair.

  • Each video ends with specific guidelines, tools, food for thought or things to consider in situations where there isn’t a “right” or “wrong” answer.

Languages

  • Produced in English with English subtitles

  • Subtitled versions available in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish

  • Voice-over versions with subtitles available in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish

  • Additional languages can be added against an extra fee

Roll-out options

  • Use as stand-alone “drops” in team meetings, town halls or learning days

  • Or plug them into your onboarding flow, so new colleagues get a shared understanding of the diversity around them from day one

  • You get access to the videos in whichever format fits your implementation:

    • We can host them for you and provide you with login links

    • You can integrate them in your own LMS / intranet / app.

Support for managers

  • Step-by-step leader guides for every video – so even managers with zero DEI or facilitation experience know exactly what to say and ask.

  • Dialogue cards for small-group conversations when you want a bigger event or campaign

  • Extra guidance for leaders and HR on what to do if someone shares a diagnosis or personal story in the wake of the training, so no one feels “naked” in front of their team

Timeline

  • Founding member companies help shape topics and wording.

  • The first collection of videos goes live in Spring 2026, with early access for founding members as modules are ready

Access

  • A founding membership gives your organisation two years of access for the price of one

  • You can share the training widely inside your organisation – across roles, departments and locations – so it becomes part of everyday work, not just a one-off event.
